- User information will not be sold to 3rd parties for any reason. Your user information will not be sold to marketing companies or other groups who want to bother you.
- If you contribute to Track2Asia, you are publishing your words on the internet. Consider this when you write something, and assume that this information will be kept on the internet forever. This includes articles, user pages and talk pages.
- You may receive emails from Track2Asia administrators. We will only do this to send out critical information to our users, and general information emails will not be sent out.
- User information will be provided to law enforcement officials or under court order. Your identity will not be protected in case of legal investigation.
- Your IP address is logged.
- Your username or IP address is linked with page changes. When you create or edit an article, your username or IP will be linked with that change.
